On the Design of an Innovative Cordless Drill

Among the various hand tools available, portable cordless drills are one of the main products in the market. This book proposes an integrated device that combines a DC commutator motor with the first stage of planetary gear train reducer, based on the power transmitting system of an existing cordless drill. This, then, generates an innovative configuration for cordless drills.
