Large-scale exploring of genome-wide molecular activities by using microarray or next-generation sequencing techniques has become a very important topic in bioinformatics. In this research, we will present and discuss how to integrate a compendium of genome-wide data and further identify cancer biomarkers and genetic variations in cellular differentiation.
